These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Vibhu Travel Hub. By making an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Vibhu Travel Hub. Customers should provide accurate travel dates, passenger details, pickup location, destination and contact information.
3. Pricing & Payment
Service prices may vary depending on vehicle type, travel distance, duration, route, season, additional requirements and other applicable charges. Any additional charges applicable to a booking will be communicated to the customer wherever applicable.
4. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation and modification requests should be communicated as early as possible. Applicable cancellation charges, refund eligibility or booking modification conditions may vary depending on the service and booking terms.
5. Vehicle & Driver
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability. Vibhu Travel Hub may provide a suitable vehicle of the confirmed category when necessary. Drivers are expected to follow applicable traffic and safety regulations.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct booking information and following reasonable safety instructions during the journey. Customers should take care of their personal belongings throughout the trip.
7. Travel Delays & Unforeseen Events
Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road restrictions, vehicle-related issues, government regulations or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Such circumstances may result in delays or changes to the planned itinerary.
8. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, documents, luggage and valuables during travel. Vibhu Travel Hub is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles.
9. Service Limitations
Services are provided based on the information available at the time of booking. Route restrictions, local regulations, weather conditions and operational requirements may affect the availability or delivery of a service.
